Mind. Body. Spirit. Each work out is different. Each instructor is very well prepared, Pilates educated and unique with their classes. After seven years of using Pilates as my only workout daily, I have found a new studio home. The studio is clean, has amazing equipment and so welcoming. The owner, Emily, treats each client as if they are family and takes great pride in her studio. Best place I have found in the area to take Pilates!

Great Pilates studio, highly recommend. Every class is an excellent workout. I have been able to improve my mobility, balance, core muscles, and overall strength since starting here. They do a great job of switching each class up/having you try new things to target full body while making it doable for all ages.

Move Studio, with locations in Linolnshire and Palatine, is the reason why people so often describe Pilates as life changing. After taking organized exercise classes for over 20 years, I changed to Move 2 years ago. Attending classes at Move has improved my overall health, strength, balance and enthusiasm for exercise as a way to focus on my physical fitness as a key factor in daily living and as I age. Move's instructors are highly trained, positive and enthusiastic toward each participant's understanding and use of Pilates for both body and mind.
