“Kari is the best! She creates a very welcoming, friendly, comfortable atmosphere, easy to follow instructions, and various options for each pose for all experience levels. I have been going to Kari's classes for many years. If you're new or just beginning to practice yoga, a class is a great way to expand your skill set.”
“I love Club Pilates Westmont and wish I could take more classes. Kady, Katie and Carmela are all excellent instructors!”
“Megan Daniels is an extremely competent massage therapist, who uses thoughtful touches like peppermint oil on the face cradle to keep your sinus open. The facility is absolutely lovely and calming. I look forward to going back soon!”
