Can’t say enough good things about this yoga studio! Every instructor has been wonderful so far. Especially Bry who has an awesome 90’s/2000’s R&B yoga flow. It is my favorite! Intimate setting and unbeatable price too. So happy to have found this place.

I have been to the studio twice and each time was splendid. The knowledge of the instructors, sequencing and timing are so pleasing. I had Monica the first time and Grace the second and both were inviting, creative and just a pleasure to have guide me through my practice. Thanks and Namaste A. Hansen
