The instructors get to know everyone in the class, are knowledgeable, mindful of ability levels and offer options if you’re looking to make a series of exercises more advanced or simplified. Convenient class times fit my schedule perfectly.The reformer classes are effective without pushing you too far, and are also different each time, while working your whole body synergistically. The upstairs loft has a fantastic space available for group or private sessions. Class sizes here are ideal as well, and don’t feel like other “big box gyms” where you get lost and feel like just a number. On a possibly unrelated note, but something important to me, is that parking is never an issue—you can park right there and go up the stairs or elevator. I highly recommend Energie!“

“My experience at this facility was far the best treatment I have received from a Doctor professionally as well as personably. Dr. Marchelle intake was remarkable, her explanation of what her practice does was clear and concise. I have had sciatica back/leg pain since 2007, in which I was hospitalized, given tons of pain meds, and being told surgery was my only option. Since then I have learned to manage my pain independently, but as I get older, surgery is still not an option for me. I met this wonderful chiropractor named Dr. Marchelle Simmons, and I have decided that this medical treatment is going to be the solution for my back/leg pain. I must say that after all of the preliminary test on day one, a laser procedure was performed instead of an alignment, and it was awesome. I went into the office with left side sciatica pain and after the procedure I felt wonderful. Yes, she told me how long the benefits would be for that procedure, and she also stated our plan of action going forward which will include a variety of in-house treatments that will help me move forward to a better quality of day to day life!
