i’ve been a member for 5 years and use the lap pool to exercise and the warmer therapeutic pool to help ease my back pain. i also use the steam and whirlpool which are always very clean! The staff from the front desk to the locker room attendants and personnel trainers are all extremely knowledgeable/ and friendly!I highly recommend our Club ?????

So far, so good! I’ve been working out here for a little over four months now and I’m happy with it overall. The gym itself is clean and very spacious and the equipment is modern. The few times I’ve encountered broken equipment, they usually fix it pretty quickly. I joined right before they fixed the parking lot and I love the new larger spaces. My only gripe so far is that the carpet in the women’s locker room really needs a good cleaning; it smells like wet dog and mold. Aside from that, I would recommend this gym to someone who wants to exercise without constantly having people hound them for expensive add-ons.

All the coaches really care about your progress and encourage you to achieve your goals, without the pressure and competition you experience in other gyms. The programming is top notch. If you enjoy the satisfying feeling of being sore the next day, this is your place!
