I highly recommend Lack and Sons Funeral Home. Matt made it a super easy and painless process. Jen did a great job in the office with the obituary. They were super responsive and timely to all our emails and texts. We lost our dad in a fire, and Matt did a great job accommodating, and going above and beyond to help us during this tragic time. Everyone at the wake felt very welcoming, and my kids even made mention of how nice it was. We were the only service that evening so having the whole facility to ourselves let us really add all the personnel touches we needed for our father. Even after my dog got a hold of my dad’s ashes, Matt offered to help us with pulling more out of the urn as I was heartbroken over what happened.

I feel like I chose correctly when I picked Nancy's home care. Nothing is ever perfect, but the team they assembled exceeded my expectations, and I knew that could have been rough based on my mother's personality and my distance.I felt my mother was well taken care of, the caregivers showed my Mom real affection, and treated her like family. I can't praise her caregivers enough for doing so much for my Mom and letting her live out her remaining days as she chose.

The price was right and the customer service was great and I didn't have to wait.... Once I paid at.the front the lady took me straight to a room and went and told Ms.Annie I was in there and she came right in there promptly and introduced herself before she started....
