When you look up Katie Freeman in the dictionary “ideal therapist” should come up. She understands everything everything and more. I feel thankful to have her guide me through life.
I am the founder of Gemstone Wellness, a Chicago based team of therapists who often treat trauma and related issues. Katie and her team at Karuna Wellness are my go to for EMDR when our clients would benefit from supplemental treatment. Katie is an excellent therapist, and the warmest soul, and I can't recommend her services highly enough.
