Yoga by Degrees is a fantastic and welcoming yoga studio with multiple convenient locations. It is known for being the best yoga and deal around, with excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly instructors. The studio offers a great variety of classes, including regular yoga, restorative options, yoga sculpting, and Pilates, which provide relaxing yet challenging and fabulous workouts. The facility is super clean and well-equipped, with convenient locker rooms. All teachers encourage modifications for each individual's body. Overall, it is an awesome, warm, and rewarding place that many clients love.
This is a yoga studio that offers several different types of heated yoga. Some go from warm to very hot. The staff here is really phenomenal, really supportive and just nice people. I think that my form has gotten much better since coming to the studio. They do a 60 Minute version of Bikram Yoga, restorative yoga, but my favorite is the high intensity heated yoga phenomenal workout and gives you a lot of bang for your buck. I also have to say their schedule is awesome. There's always a class when I want one at convenient times. Update 5/29/26 - all still true!! ❤
I've taken two 6am hot yoga/ sculpt classes here and this is by far my favorite studio. The studio is so clean and all the staff are very kind. Meg F and Katherine M are amazing instructors! I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is thinking of trying yoga.
I’ve been going here nearly every day for about a month now! I have to say I really enjoy the variety of class times they offer that work with my schedule. In particular, I recommend any of Jill Lu’s classes, I love going when she’s teaching!
