“First class here was great. Heat and humidity perfect, Sara led an excellent heated Vinyasa flow!”
Club Pilates
“After I retired, I was looking for an exercise program that was low-impact. I decided to give Pilates a try. Club Pilates of East Lake Forest has been incredible to work with. All of the instructors are amazing. Erica G is articulate with her instructions, and makes the necessary changes to the reformer when she sees the need!. She is passionate and cares about each member’s wellbeing. I am building strength, flexibility and balance through this program. Thank you!”
