This studio is such a special place with the most knowledgeable instructors! The practice at this studio has changed my life - the classes are all unique and intentional. The best way tog eat out of your head and connect with your body and breath!

First time visit. I arrived 30 min earlier and no one was there. Then 20 min before class started someone came to open the door. The studio is clean and spacious. The instructor is professional and vinyasa sequence is fun. The room is true hot yoga style which was what I looked for. Perfect detox after a long flight. Highly recommended.
