First time visit. I arrived 30 min earlier and no one was there. Then 20 min before class started someone came to open the door. The studio is clean and spacious. The instructor is professional and vinyasa sequence is fun. The room is true hot yoga style which was what I looked for. Perfect detox after a long flight. Highly recommended.

I've been going to FOY for a few years now. Amazing mind body classes and perfect heat (or none of you choose the right class). The teachers are consistent (and have been there for years) and their classes have variety of music, message, and theme. Can't say enough!

I tried it last week as a guest member and I think I'm hooked. This is a way to relax body and clear the mind. Glad I had this opportunity. 10/10 service, ambience and instructors.
