“Not enough positive things to say about Toned. I started coming to Toned Lake Bluff in November 2025, postpartum after my second child, after some worrying physical symptoms landed me at a myriad of doctors. After spending the past 7 months frequenting Toned, I have truly never felt better in my life, and probably the first time in a decade that I haven't had neck/back pain due to the strengthening and mobility work offered in each class. So grateful to have found Toned and their many wonderful instructors - I will continue to recommend TY to all of my friends and colleagues! Oh, and the aesthetics of the LB + new Kenilworth studios are just an added delight 👏🏼”
