Evolution yoga is a fantastic studio with great instructors. The studio itself sets a warm and welcoming tone for practice. And even throughout the pandemic, and without benefit of the studio, Erin and all the instructors have provided the perfect substitute through Zoom from their own homes. Thank you Evolution team, for your dedication to yoga teachings and for sharing inspirational practice with all of us!!!

This review is for prenatal yoga with Cassie. I'm so glad I found this class! First of all studio is clean, calming and quiet. I feel that the class itself is a gift of so much more than just yoga. Cassie is so kind, gentle, and welcoming. What I enjoy the most though, is her knowledge in the areas of yoga, and the female body - especially in this delicate time. I learn something new in every class and always leave feeling refreshed, calmed, and further educated. I love the way we start most classes introducing ourselves and chatting a bit. All girls in this position have things they'd love to chat about w girls in a similar position, but sometimes need an ice breaker....read full review

Serene space that maximizes daylight, an ideal setting for yoga and meditation. The teachers are quality practitioners addressing needs at all stages of life and skill level. Cassie is present, professional and offers a gently challenging prenatal class.
