I have been working out here last 4 months, they offer 5-6 classes during a day so I stop by 1 hour whenever I have time. It has been a great experience. Very friendly and clean environment.
I was looking for a studio in the suburbs to practice Bikram after 3+ years off from becoming a mom. I had done Bikram at BYA in chicago and Sealevel in Seattle. So fortunate to now call the hot room home! The facility is beautiful and well appointed and the instructors are wonderful- they each have their own styles of teaching so I get something different out of each one. They also offer 90, 75, and 60 mins which I love. Best of all they foster a kind, caring yoga community.
My favorite studio in the Chicagoland area. The teachers are all so nice and informative and they keep the studio so clean. Coming to THR has been so amazing for my physical and mental health. I am slowly working towards strengthening my body again and it’s all thanks to them. Thank you north Shore!
