I like the stretching and the slow pace movement part. I’m very Catholic and keep my faith, I do it for the benefit of stretching/ slow movement exercise but not the gesture and chants…instead I make a sign of the cross after class. And it’s all good for me, hope it doesn’t bother anyone.
Heaven Meets Earth has a calm, beautiful, spiritual feel. I love the variety — everything from kundalini to yin to vinyasa — and the unique events like full moon ceremonies, chanting night, and TRE classes make the studio feel really special. It’s a place where you can explore, unwind, and connect in ways I haven’t found at many other yoga studios.
There are hardly enough words to describe my experience, after 1 day, having had 2 classes. The studio is lovely. Peaceful, inviting, a place of support, enough challenge with encouragement then surprise ~ I did something I didn’t think I could. Including reminders ~ just do what you can. Then I read about Lisa in the detail section that describes each class. Lisa’s journey, which I read numerous times. What good fortune to meet Lisa. On a walk, with my dog Zahra, we stopped in.
