I called Mechanical 24 for a repair on our commercial heater mounted to the ceiling inside of our warehouse. They were very quick to set me up a time to have a technician out. When the technician Shaun arrived he seemed very enthusiastic about helping us resolve our issue. Throughout the entire process he was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me on how the machine worked as well as exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to solve our issue very fast. Mechanical 24 installed 4 RTU's and a computer server room cooling system through the ComEd rebate program. Professional, knowledgeable, good value, and the kind of people that you would like to do business with. We would recommend! 5 Stars!

This company is extremely professional and well spoken. Their primary concern is the customer. The customer is always 1st. Their employees in the field are excellent .well mannered , well spoken , and very Professional. They reflect their company's values. They are a 5 star Company That acts as a cohesive unit to serve the customer. Can't say enough Good things about them .
