ZERO STARS! 12-18-25 and 12-23-25 THEY KEPT LEAVING AND REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM! THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH! THEY PUT SPANISH INTO AN APP THAT TRANSLATES POORLY. American Home Shield sent them to fix my leaking. The 1st plumber said he couldn't fix it. Then they sent a 2nd plumber who left and said he couldn't fix it either. WORST SERVICE EVER. VERY LAZY PEOPLE!!! 12-23-25 THE PLUMBER LEFT AND NOW MY TUB IS CLOGGED WHEN INITIALLY IT WAS ONLY JUST LEAKING. IT MAKES NO SENSE. THE PLUMBER CAUSED MORE PROBLEMS AND SOLVED NONE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. My home warranty company sent this company to unclog my main line, but the experience was unprofessional from the start. The technician who arrived could barely communicate in basic English, which made explaining the problem extremely difficult. He also told me himself that he did not have the proper equipment — specifically the large drain cleaning machine required for the job — and said that his boss would call me. No one ever followed up.

First time calling them and really poor experience. I needed an ice machine serviced and since I wasn’t a current customer I could not be a priority and would have to wait until next week. No problem, understandable. However they would not consider even servicing my machine until I gave them my credit card number. I told them I was happy to pay by credit card but I wasn’t agreeable to just hand out my account number with no other information on when I’d be scheduled, etc. I canceled the request and let them know I’d look elsewhere.
