He was very informative and requested more information - he helped me right through my issue on the phone, without having to make a house call. Although I did not technically use this company, I think for someone to take the time (on vacation) to speak with me about an issue that most companies would have been happy to charge me for is amazing. You do not find many people in the world that genuinely want to help, let alone help without gaining from it. “I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“

“Honest Guys did an excellent job with the installation of my new furnace with humidifier system on December 23, 2023. They keep me informed on the delivery of the equipment with ETA status for their arrival. My new furnace is running great, but they had a problem with the new humidifier not starting up due to a programming with the panel. So I was scheduled for 2nd visit to complete the final installation on humidifier. It was scheduled for December 27, 2023 between 9-10AM which they texted me/called me to advise me they were on their way. The owner Antonio came out with his two technicians to make sure everything was completed which they did an excellent job. I highly recommended them for your HVAC services.Sincerely,Mia“

“After having the same HVAC person for over 20 years, he referred all his customers to Sun Ray upon his retirement. My furnace went out a week before 0 degree temps were expected. The furnace was installed 1 day before the temp dropped. Two techs did the installation and worked almost 8 hours non stop to re-work the ancient piping, connections, removal, etc. it was about 15-20 degrees in the garage and they were still cheerful! I had a 25+ year old AC that was replaced the next spring. John came out and I didn't feel any pressure. He explained what they did, what they could install and financing arrangements per my request. We don't live close to the office but they still come out to help people in my village. All of the techs have been professional, explain everything slowly, in easy to understand language.“
