“Right before the HOT holiday weekend, our outside AC condenser unit stopped working. Called Inman here in Columbia, IL at 10am. Very kind lady took my info and informed me a field tech will reach out to me asap. Just 15 minutes later I received a call from Craig to confirm info and he informed me he will be at my house no later than 1pm. Got a phone call from Craig again at 12:25 to tell me he's on his way.
