Our 18 year old air conditioner died at the end of spring, Merten's responded to us very quickly and came out with a very competitive quote for a new HVAC system. Upon walking through our 115 year old home they also provided good recommendations on home improvements we could make to increase the efficiency of our system. On installation day they were on time and very respectful of our home, and were always very friendly. Highly recommended

Mertens Service was recommended to me by a friend who's an architect. I have used them several times now, and my mother has also. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. When my unit was leaking refrigerant, I asked whether I should replace it. They gave me an estimated replacement cost versus the cost to repair the leak. They told me my unit had a lot of life left in it if repaired, and they recommended that I get it fixed. That was a year ago, and it's working fine, even in this extreme heat.

We’ve used MERTENS for as long as we’ve been in this house (20+ Years) for installation, maintenance and today, repair. When I noticed the AC wasn’t cooling they came out within an hour.
