Brian and Pete are truly exceptional not just in their expertise but also as the friendliest and most trustworthy people that I have come across . My Trane HVAC motor failed and Brian took it on himself to call Trane to see if it was covered under warranty and he had to do that a few times till he got to the right person . Unfortunately it wasn’t but then him and Pete had to make 3 trips to Trane warehouse to finally get the correctly programmed motor which the first two times was not programmed. I was able to get an appointment right away to deal with my issue. Cindy and Pete were both friendly, knowledgeable and great to work. They really came through for me when it was so hot out! I highly recommend this company.
Brian has been maintaining our heating and cooling for over 10 years. We ran into trouble with our hot water heater which he replaced as quickly as possible with no issues at all. I am very glad to have Total Comfort stored in my phone
