My 11month S.A Boerboel had an appt here today. I must say the staff was attentive, kind and understanding, from the front desk Rosa who was very kind, to my dogs groomer Brittany, and the other young guy apologies I didn't get his name. Any who the service and grooming was great, I was happy they were able to take my 140lb male boerboel, its hard finding a groomer that will deal with this breed. I reached out many leaving messges, with refusal of taking him because of his size and type of breed. Hyde Park location ROCKS!!! Demetrius did an excellent job cutting Olivia!!! They were great to accommodate her being the first and only groom first thing in the morning. Olivia has a hard time with other dogs, so that was important to me, that they did that.
