Pack Life is a highly praised dog daycare and boarding facility that caters to various breeds and sizes. The owner, Sean, is known for his flexibility with pick-up and drop-off times, making it convenient for pet owners. Dogs can enjoy a massive indoor and outdoor play area, allowing them to socialize freely. The staff takes the time to know each dog personally, ensuring they receive the attention they need. Affordable prices and excellent responsiveness enhance the experience, with photo updates shared on Instagram or directly with owners. Customers have been sending their dogs to Pack Life since 2017 and have had great experiences. The vans have air conditioning for the summer, which is uncommon. All of the employees are super friendly and the dogs love it, coming home tired. Sean and the team are amazing, with knowledge and expertise that assures customers their dogs will be safe and loved. They offer pickup, drop off, boarding, and play days at reasonable prices, and customers trust the Pack Life team to bring their pups home played out and tired. Customers would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.
My partner had major surgery and Cole has been spending the past couple weeks at Pack Life. We love Sean and all those that care for Cole at Pack Life (there is no other doggie daycare facility we would leave Cole at for such an extended period of time.) We pick Cole up for a few hours on some days and have noticed he has become a better behaved dog while boarding at Pack Life. His relationship between his man human companion, my partner, has significantly changed. He no longer barks endlessly at anyone, including me, if they go near his man human companion. Thank you Pack Life!!
Came here to highly, HIGHLY recommend PACK LIFE Dog Daycare & Boarding in West Loop! Sean and his team were absoultey amazing and accommodating- they offer transportation too! Background story: I rescued a 7-year-old Pomeranian in November who was hit by a car, cured for heartworms and (were assuming) abused based on how timid he is. This was only the second time I’ve left him, the first I tried petsmart hotel and it was horrible. This time I scheduled a friend to come stay with him while I was gone but he wouldn’t even let her put his harness/leash on 😩 I called Pack Life last minute (once I landed in Phoenix 🥴) and Sean said no problem we’ll take him! Picked him up, he stayed with them for four days, was out and about with the other dogs, had his own food and treats and came back freshly bathed! Their insta is @lovepacklife and he posts videos just about daily of the dogs out playing☺️
