“I am a Senior Widow. On Thursday, my furnace shut completely down and was blowing only cold air! Outside the temperatures were in the 20s and it was frigid inside.
I found PRECISION HVAC through Google, and it was truly a blessing! They came out that afternoon and ran some tests.
At first, they thought they could make some temporary adjustments, till I decided if I wanted a new furnace, but as we continue to have conversation, the Carbon Monoxide Meter showed that carbon monoxide was leaking from my old unit, at a rapid pace! They were forced to shut the whole unit down!

They contacted their estimator, Peter, who came later that evening to discuss a new furnace and various prices. On his way to seeing me, he stopped at the office and brought two Space Heaters, for me to use for that evening and Saturday the next day, until the new installers could get to me at noon.
I was truly touched by the fact that Peter would think of my well-being, and bring space heaters on his own!

“We just moved in and wanted to change a shower head, and it wasn’t happening until Mr. Burris promptly returned my call and checked out the situation to see if I could resolve it, but the shower head was really jammed and not going anywhere. He asked for pictures and came right over. He is super-nice, got his tools and fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance advice on removing soap scum and keeping drains clear.
