I’ve dealt with Ralph’s for decades and never have I had to complain about their service or professionalism. This recent service visit was just as expected. The service technician was thorough, professional and explained every aspect of what they were doing.
The best customer service around. Called needing service for my 95 year old father’s boiler in his house and got an appointment the next day. Very kind and knowledgeable service staff. They inspected the equipment and explained to my father what they found. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
We love Ralph’s! We have used them for as long as we’ve owned a furnace. I had them come today because our home warranty tech that came was unable to diagnose the problem we’re having. Justin came from Ralph’s and he is wonderful and explained everything clearly to me, and answered all of my questions.
