My experience with Dr. Lockwood and her staff was very positive. Waited time was extremely quick. The person who helped me initially was pleasant and professional. Dr. Lockwood offered multiple suggestions for treating a hammer toe, explaining pros and cons for each one. I feel I can ask her questions that she will take seriously and professionally. I recommend her office without hesitation.

Facebook keeps telling me I’m a “top fan” of Tan in Gold even though I do nothing to earn that so I figured I’d just post a review for everyone to see. Kali has been doing my spray tans for YEARS and I have NEVER NOT been happy with any part of the process. She’s an amazing human who makes the spraying process so fun and makes you feel so comfortable every. single. time. The tan always comes out looking fabulous and I feel so much better about myself for days. She is always willing to have a later appointment since that’s what works best for my schedule. There is absolutely NO ONE else I will use (until she decides she doesn’t want to do this anymore ?) ????

Full disclosure, I am a male. Through the years I have earned bad toenails from kicking things in my bare feet in tae kwon do. When I would go to a public swimming pool everybody leaves. They were that bad. However, Tristen has worked her magic and now I am a foot model. (Ok, I lied about being a foot model) If you are male and need help with your toenails you are in the right place. Tristen will take care of you!
Kim is the BEST nail specialist around! By far! She is constantly up-to-date on the next techniques, always at continued trainings and also teaches. Nails are her specialty! Her passion! Besides diving of course. ? She educated me on why I shouldn’t be powder dipping my nails and I was disgusted that I had been doing it without considering how unsanitary it is with everyone else having their nails dipped in the same powder mine were being dipped in. I was looking for the best way to build my own nails to be stronger, healthier, and unbreakable, and she educated me on the builder gel she used and why it was so much better. So I trusted the professional and tried it! What I ended up with are the most beautiful and strong nails I’ve ever had! She barely uses a drill so you know your nails aren’t getting ruined or thinned out as she works intentionally to rescue and preserve your nature nails. I have the most smooth, perfectly shaped, thicker (but thinner than any other style I’ve ever tried and they are STRONG) nails ever! They look AMAZING! They feel AMAZING! Feels like they are completely natural and I can’t believe how strong they still are! There is NO ONE better in the area to have your nails done with! She genuinely caress about your actual nail, nail bed, cuticles, etc! Got to the expert! Not to a place where your nail is getting drilled on! She has so many options, so many color styles, so many types to choose from, and she’s just an all around wonderful person too! Appointments required! She’s in high demand! You’ll see why! She even sent me home with some cuticle oil and expressed for me to massage my cuticles nightly which has also been a game changer! Not sure if she always does this or id she did it for me because I came from out of state, but either way, the thoughtfulness and care for MY nails was out of this world!

I rarely write reviews, but this salon deserves a shoutout. Everyone is kind and knows exactly what they’re doing. I never leave disappointed. It’s hard to find consistent quality, but they’ve nailed it—pun intended.
Called them at the last minute for a walk in pedicure. 4 minutes later, I was sitting in the pedicure chair. I was also pressed for time and I was in/out in 40 minutes. I’m impressed. I didn’t specify that I wanted the basic $35 pedicure so they gave me a $50 dollar gel pedicure. I didn’t like that part but they did a fantastic job. They only take cash but there’s an ATM on sight so be aware of that.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The sweetest, most patient person I’ve ever met. Every time I go to her salon, I feel so comfortable and taken care of. She doesn’t rush anything, like not even a little bit. She takes her time with every single part of the process and makes sure it’s done perfectly. I’ve been to so many other salons in the past where they just do a quick wax, barely look, and send you off. I’d go home and notice hairs still, and I’d be so frustrated. But this lady? She goes above and beyond, goes in close to check everything and make sure not a single hair is left. Like who does that? She’s honestly a perfectionist in the best way. I love her so much, not just for her amazing skills but also for the kind of person she is. If you’re thinking of trying her, go. I promise you won’t go anywhere else after. She’s the best. Like truly the BEST.
Rebekah was fantastic! This was one of the best (if not the best) haircuts I’ve ever received. I let my hair grow for about 18 months, only having the sides trimmed occasionally, and she was able to transform me back into a great style! I walked in looking like a weathered dollar bill and she left me walking out of there looking (and feeling) like a million bucks! Sincerest “thank you” to Rebekah for getting me back on track!

I see Kristina at the Parlor. She listens to what you want and is careful every time that you get what you want. I have very thin, fine hair so I’ve had problems with stylists getting lazy with my cut-not Kristina. I like that she has her own room so the service is one on one. Other stylists and beauty providers work there as well.
I came here with my mom for slushy pedicures done by Tristin. It was super nice and relaxing. She also made us feel super comfortable in their salon. It was just us and her which was kind of nice. Was a great time getting to chat with her and get our toes done. Absolutely recommended her for all your nail needs!

New to the area and needed to get my two oldest kids (13yr and 7yr old) hair done. Great availability and quick at responding to inquiry. She was awesome with my kids who are extremely tender headed, not a single tear from them! She gave exactly what was asked for and the price was well worth it. No complaints from my kids of headaches nor tension bumps on their scalp.

He knew what would look good and what wouldn't work to come up with some amazing work. From our initial discussion to the finished piece he listened to my ideas and had great suggestions on how to make it work. Illinois Tattoo Co is the only place I’ll get my ink done. I’ve had work done by Chad and Harley and they are both phenomenal. The shop is absolutely stunning, clean, big and bright. The Elvis bathroom solidified my loyalty and devotion.
Artist did a decent job. Followed protocol and used all sterile needles and sanitized and changed between each person. The finishing could have been more perfect. After the trace ink got washed away, there were some unfinished crooked lines. The filling left some lines uncovered on the tattoo. Went as a group, they didn’t need any appointments. Pricing is slightly expensive. The artist was patient enough to do 4 people for 3 hours. Helpful staff.

America's Plumbing helped get my 75-year old bath tub plumbing into the 21st century by replacing all the tub hardware, which leaked, drained (hard to take a bath while water is draining out!) Jerry has been out to my home a number of times and has dealt with a few unusual problems in the last few years. He always explains what he will be doing, along with an estimate and he stays true to that. My tub now has a much nicer look, and NOTHING drips or drains! He works alone except for his wife (office manager, Jenny) and they are both a pleasure to work with. Jerry even apologizes to my dog, who almost always manages to lay right where he is trying to come in and out of the house. Thanks America's Plumbing! Great work!

Called 5 plumbers to get an estimate on a repair to a water intake line that was outside my house.Of the 3 that showed up Mayol was the only one that was on time, provided solutions instead of only pointing out problems, and their estimate was dead on. The only regret I have with them is that I wasted my time calling around instead of hiring them on the spot.

We hired Lance & Sons Electricians to upgrade all the electrical work in our home in Bloomington. The job included installing dozens of recessed lights, putting in dimmer switches, setting up several ceiling fans, adding a smart thermostat, running new indoor and outdoor outlets, ethernet wiring, and dedicated lines for appliances. It was a big project, but everything came out just right—we are really happy with how it all turned out. Before starting, jacob gave us a detailed breakdown of the work and answered all our questions. he also offered some helpful tips and suggestions that made the project even better. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure to clean up everything before leaving. The inspector even said the electrical work was some of the best he had seen. everyone was very professional and reliable. We will definitely use them for any future electrical needs and highly recommend their services to anyone in Bloomington looking for quality electricians.

We contracted with Knapp Builders to have our walls and ceilings painted, to have new doors installed, to all new baseboard and trim around the doors and windows, and to have new LVT and rugs installed on the 1st floor, up our stairs and 2nd floor hallway.
Knapp Builders sub-contracted for the painting and installation of the carpet. Their team did the rest and they did a fantastic job. They took their time and did it right, if my wife and I had any questions/concerns, they graciously answered them. Their respect for our property and for us went above and beyond.

We contacted Bill to help us make our lower level all lvp flooring because our son has special needs and we needed to remove carpet and uneven flooring so he could use his walker without flooring restrictions. Bill does high quality work and communicated well with us throughout the process. He even accommodated a few changes we made midstream! Since then we have used Bill on several other remodels around our house and he has become OUR guy!

I hired Penn Landscaping for a project in the front of my house. Abby developed a beautiful design, and when some of the plants failed to thrive because they were not getting enough sunlight, Abby modified the design and had some of the plants replaced at no cost to me within two weeks or so. It looks beautiful, and the crew was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Penn Landscaping!
I appreciated Oak Bros advice and care of our 60+ year old hard maple tree. The whole team, from the arborist and trimming crew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They came highly recommended from others in the horticulture industry, and lived up to expectations. I will rely on them again, for trimming other older trees on the property.

This was my first visit to Bloomington Modern Dentistry and I was very impressed. The receptionist (Karen) was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the front door. The hygienist (Stephanie)did a thorough examination and explained everything as she went along. Dr. Baker was friendly and also made sure I understood the process. I appreciated that Dr. Baker was honest and didn’t recommend services that weren’t absolutely necessary.

Can not speak highly enough of Dr Molly! She’s the BEST and most caring dentist I’ve ever met. She’s saved my teenagers teeth that a previous dentist said needed pulled and root canals. When I took my daughter to Dr Molly all she had were cavities. Then I was heading to Kentucky over the weekend and my cap came off, I text Dr Molly and she met me at the office within a half an hour on a Saturday! She’s a blessing!! And recommend her to everybody! Thank you Dr Molly! We LOVE having you as our dentist!
Amazing experience! I was previously seen at a different dental office and did not have a great experience so I was very anxious for my first appointment at Prairie Dental but after leaving I felt so much better! Everyone was so nice and friendly and treated me like a person that they cared about rather than a dollar sign. My hygienist Sara was awesome and made me feel right at home. Dr Jacobsen was very kind and caring.
This office is seriously top notch! From the moment you walk in the reception area, you can tell patient care is top priority. The office is CLEAN, and very welcoming. The front office staff was helpful and organized. The hygienist was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. My child (6 years old)needed a filling and they were able to same day treatment. She later raved about how nice the girls were and how it didn’t hurt at all. Everyone left with smiles today. We will be telling our friends and look forward to our next visit!

Best Chiropractor in town! My first day there was amazing. I appreciated that he went into deep explanation on why he does certain adjustments. He had an answer to why he does everything. I explained my aches and pains before x rays, and when I got the x rays back, he pin pointed everything to exactly why I have this ache and that pain. Great office, great guy, and Carla is fantastic as well!

After many years of going to Chiropractors, I believe I can tell a good one from a not so good one. This office and team of people that desire for the betterment and well being of individuals that walk in-- is by far the best team I've ever worked with. A couple of years ago, I walked in there with chronic lower back pain. I did the initial monthly visits and when I said to them I still had back pain, Dr. Miranda said to show her exactly where and in that same appointment she found the spot and corrected it. Now I am a regular with Dr. Chad and they are both the absolute best that I could ask for. They also helped me prepare nutritionally prior to carrying a child and post-partum nutritionally. I am so thankful for this family chiropractic. All the ladies that work there are fantastic too!!
A quick and easy adjustment. I’ve gone to chiropractors before, and all the other ones in town, or at least the large ones were trying to get me to pay way higher prices than necessary. This is going to be my spot from here on out. I felt back to normal afterwards too.

Dr. Kilby is the best veterinarian in town, hands down. Don’t believe me, go and check her out. She is knowledgeable like most, but she is also thorough, kind, caring. Not only is she all that towards your pet, she also treats dog parents with grace, understanding and so much love. This office has also some of the most efficient while at the same time caring people. It is an absolute pleasure to go there and know that your pet is in good hands. Here is my lovely lady Abby. Have been going through a rough patch, but she is in the best hands!

My dog does not like being around strangers, specifically at the vet but he was so much calmer compared the other interactions he's had. The staff here was very welcoming and knowledgeable, I felt like did a really good job explaining what they were seeing and provided great extra information for things like allergies and dental health! Dr. Nord is the only vet that I'll trust with any of my animals. He is someone who is extremely honest and puts the health and safety of your animals first so much so that he takes the time to teach you the "why" behind what he recommends.
The vets here have been lovely, my kitten had a lot of ear problems right when I adopted him, and they saw a lot of him in the first couple of weeks, and were very kind, helpful and informative. Everyone at the front desk is also always so sweet, I highly recommend this clinic. I can mostly only recommend Dr. Bundy, but I've heard great things about all the other vets here as well.
I will always recommend them, over the weekend I had to bring my cat in, she was very sick & she just woke up one day and was extremely ill & not doing well, I brought her here & unfortunately I had to put her down, I didn’t have the funds to cover the visit & the cost of putting her down they were incredible and worked with me with the funds I had so my sweet baby didn’t have to suffer any longer and they made a paw print for me at no cost, they are incredible and very caring!
I love how they treat my BABY girl! Pitties get a bad wrath as it is... so my first few experiences, I kept her secluded from other dogs. They are just so good with her, when I go to pick her up, there's never been an issue except they've told me she misses me... best place to take my girl for her grooming needs!!
