Dr. Bortell and his staff are wonderful! I have been going to Dr. Bortell for almost 10 years. He is so kind and has provided me with great guidance for both of my dogs. One of my dogs is experiencing some health issues and he has been so informative and patient with me as I ask my questions and make sure I understand. He is reassuring and it is obvious that he cares so much about the health of my pups. The costs are reasonable and I don’t ever get the sense that he would have me pay for anything that was unnecessary. He’s happy to do whatever will give me peace of mind about their health but does not recommend extra tests and things that would add up financially....read full review

Dr. Bortell and his associates truly care about your furry family members! They just brought our cat, Alastor Moody, back from the brink of death! They all worked really hard to give him the care he needed to recover. We are so grateful!!

During a recent health issue our dog was having, Dr. Bortell and his staff treated us with such kindness. They were so patient with all my questions, texting them photos and videos of what was going on with our dog, and numerous phone calls. They went above and beyond to research and dive deep to help us figure out what was going on, and we are so grateful!
