I am constantly impressed with the service and dedication of the ActionWellness team. Dr. Jess sets high expectations for a meaningful client experience. Questions are answered with deep context and focus on understanding. Scheduling is a breeze with the ability to text message the staff for scheduling adjustments.When you walk in, the staff welcomes by name and with a smile. Technology is well integrated into the experience which helps with reporting new topics or needs to the doctor.The team's focus is on ensuring you aren't a client forever, giving supplemental exercises and stretching for continued improvement. This is a fantastic company. The team here goes out of their way to make every visit feel comfortable. It doesn't matter what questions you have to ask, not only are they extremely nowledgeable, they take time to explain in detail. I was super nervous when I first started getting adjustments, but they talked me through everything that was happening as I progressed. I went in with ribs shifted out of place and within 2 weeks was able to walk and move without pain. I think everyone should choose Action Wellness for chiropractic adjustments!!!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Dr Jess and Dr Morgan listened to all my complaints and came up with a great care plan to get me feeling better. They all take the time to make new patients feel comfortable and immediately like family- highly recommend action wellness to anyone looking for chiropractic care.
