Very kind and caring staff. I was impressed with the compassionate care we received for end of life care for my 16 year old Shih Tsu at 3:00 am. So grateful for their help and guidance during this difficult time. So hard to say goodbye to our little furbabies when they are suffering. We need more places like this that provide excellent pet care.
I've been here once for a cat and twice for a dog. All staff I have delt with on all three occasions have been extremely courteous and accommodating. The guys and girls at Highland have my gratitude. 10/10 would recommend.
I have been here a few times for cat emergencies. The staff is wonderful and compassionate. The doctors are great and provide timely updates and what their direction of care will be.
This is worth the drive ( around an hour) and highly recommend them. I plan to utilize them for any emergency I may have with my cat.
Big thanks to all the doctors and staff! Your service is top notch!
