We have been going to Highland since we moved here over 30 yrs ago. We have had 3 dogs during that time period. All 3 dogs lived a better life because of Highland. When it was time to send Resse Cup to doggy heaven the entire staff was amazing, from Start to finish(and after) they help us through it. Professional and compassionate are two words that come to mind. Highly recommend them.

I moved from a larger city and was used to newer and bigger facilities with larger networks. When I came to town, the first Vet I got my dog looked like it was operating out of an apartment from the 1980's. Didn't have computer systems and did everything on folder filing system. It literally felt like 1982. That Vet office gave me a headache and made me feel like I was trapped in another dimension.Then I saw Highland has just opened and was a newer facility. This was more than 5 years ago now, but upon arriving there, BOOM! Great staff with a calm, clean and professional atmosphere for our furry loved ones. Staff always handles our little ones with care and compassion. They're very knowledgeable and professional. You could potentially find cheaper prices elsewhere but the quality service I always get is well worth it. Would definitively recommend!
