Hired Covenant to clean my sewer line going to the street. Dayton came out and was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. We discussed the options they offer for such work. I decided hydro cleaning with a camera inspection was the right choice for me. Due to the age of the house and the size of the trees in the yard, I wanted to make sure the pipe did not have any major failure. The pipe may require replacement in the near future (1-5 years), but it wasn’t an emergent issue. I will definitely be using Covenant in the future.
Called near the end of the business day and was very pleased when a real person answers the phone. My first call to another plumber used an AI virtual assistant. I don’t care for that so when Amanda answered at Covenant and was able to listen to my problem and get me a plumber quickly I was very very pleased. Drendon showed up the next day and was very professional while listening to my issue and providing me information regarding the fix and its costs up front. He was able to fix the issue quickly and made sure I steered it before completing the call.
