We recently used Knapp Builders for a renovation of the office in our business. They also built a home for us about 11 years ago - and feel they provided us with a well-built and high quality home. There are very few surprises or change orders once a project begins because it's been discussed beforehand and included in the scope. They took care of all the details for our recent project and we were able to keep working on the business with very little disruption. Knapp Builders did not build our home, but they rebuilt our neighbors home after it was torn down. At first, we were a little concerned about the construction, disruptions, or disturbances - it was a narrow lot! Turned out, Knapp Builders was extremely respectful of our property and kept any disruptions to an absolute minimum, and kept us informed.

We will recommend Knapp Builders to anyone who is looking for a new house because if they show this much detail and care for the neighbors, they likely show a lot more for the quality and care of your new home.
