Had an appointment set up for next week but an opening came available and got service yesterday. Had a couple small issues addressed. Always get a good crew or tech when we call. First time I didnt have an emergency.

Our water heater was leaking and after getting price estimates from 5 companies, we went with A-1. They were reasonably priced, efficient, and respectful. We appreciate their service.

Overall happy with the service! However, just a heads-up for others—if you have carpet, put something down first. Our path to the water heater got pretty dirty and it was left like that.
