The cleaning staff is flexible, allowing clients to choose which rooms need to be cleaned with each visit. They are kind and sweet, especially when cleaning for elderly clients, taking a huge burden off their caretakers. Clients love coming back to a spotless home after a Molly Maid visit.
I appreciate that the girls come in, get right to work and complete the specific things I want done. The owner came to my house before the first cleaning to see what we expected and the cleaning team always gets it right. Early on (a few years ago) one or two issues popped up but were corrected by the next cleaning. We are very satisfied and feel comfortable having them clean even when we aren’t home.
They have been wonderful. They come every two weeks and are typically done within 90min. They do a great job and I have them change my sheets too. A huge blessing for me as I physically can't do it anymore. I highly recommend them. They are flexible, excellent communication and customer service. The ladies are wonderful.
We have been customers of Molly Maids for several years. They are exceptional. They work extremely hard. It is amazing how much they clean in a relatively short time. It sure feels good to have everything spotless when they are finished. Everyone we have interacted with over the years (not just the cleaning staff but also their office staff) has been professional. They are warm and personable too. Just good people. They are very affordable too. We get a lot for our money with Molly Maids.
