She's knowledgeable and helped me find the right products to meet my needs and budget. She took time to listen and make recommendations that fit my style and preferences. She's very prompt and responsive throughout the process - from providing pricing quotes and getting samples, to ordering the products and seeing them through to delivery and installation. Phil at Flooring Depot made made choosing a floor easy and simple. Gave us a fantastic deal on floors and really stuck to the budget and we got everything we needed. Easy process was not pushy and I was satisfied with the purchase.
