He's the best dentist ever. Does great cosmetic work and if you're not happy with something he goes the distance to make it right. They are prompt and the whole staff is kind and wonderful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

If any of you know me, really know me, you know my anxiety about dentists…all because of a terrible visit to one 10 years ago that went so terribly wrong that one of my back teeth ended up being extracted. Since then I’ve had anxiety about Novocain & dental work…that is, until now.I was given a recommendation to see Dr. Mark Burgess in Bloomington, & let me tell you, Dr. Burgess has renewed my faith in dentistry. What a gentle, humorous, & friendly man he is. His work was quick, his explanation thorough.I’m so glad I took the chance on him. I have seen Dr Burgess and Dr Bardell. Dr Bardell is still as nice as she was when we were in school together in this area growing up. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Great referral made for root canal. Great experience!
