Trey was an outstanding service tech for William Masters!! He was on time, very personable, efficient, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs he was completing for us throughout the house. We enjoyed getting to know him, and soooo appreciated the time he spent with us, and all the work he did for us!!!

Finally replaced an almost 40 yr old Trane system too stubborn to stop working. Full duct cleaning, furnace and AC replacement with UV purifier and humidifier added. Wm. Masters, Inc team were fantastic to work with, special thanks to Gage & Jordan for the awesome install
