Our furnace was making a loud rattling noise and then stop putting out heat. Buddy's AC came by and found a cracked part in the blower assembly. They had it replaced the same visit and the noise is completely gone. House heats up fast now and I'm not worried about it dying on a cold night anymore. Straight forward and no runaround.

Our furnace was short cycling for about a week before I finally called someone. After getting a few quotes from places around Arlington Heights, Buddy's came in reasonable and could get out the fastest. The tech figured out it was a flame sensor issue within maybe twenty minutes of being here. Cleaned it, tested it a few times, and walked me through what to watch for in the future. Simple fix that another company had told me would require a full control board replacement.
