Our AC went out just before hosting a ton of people for the 4th of July. Douglas was able to get a technician out to our house that day (within 2 hours) and our tech, Nick, was wonderful! He fixed the issue quickly and effectively and it was super reasonably priced!! Will definitely use again!!
Douglas Heating is the absolute best! The staff is very knowledgeable and very professional! We’ve worked with Nick several times and he is so customer oriented and does a great job! I had an issue with my AC not cooling properly during a 97-degree day, and the unit was making a strange crackling noise even after I shut off the power. I suspected a capacitor issue, and Douglas AC was able to come out within just a couple of hours. The technician was professional, quick to diagnose the problem, and had the part replaced on the spot. The total cost was $360, which I thought was very fair for same-day emergency service during a heat wave.
