My family has used Douglas for more than 25 years. Never have they disappointed in their promptness in scheduling the appointment. Had another company come out to look at my HVAC which wasn’t cooling. They told me my system had to be replaced at a cost of $6600. The technician came out from Douglas, located the leak, repaired the leak at a reasonable price. Reliable company taking the time to look for the problem and solve it.Service: Repair HVAC

I have used Douglas for years but only recently realized how they compare to other companies so favorably. They are a smallish business but provide large company service. I can always reach a human, anytime time day or night. This last Chicago winter solidified my appreciation for Douglas. I took them for granted until I heard complaints from neighbors about other companies they used. Their prices are very reasonable, and their servicemen are respectful of clean floors. Five stars!
