When the inspection was done, the technician was thorough and made sure I understood what was happening and was nice. When the replacement furnace was being done, both technicians were funny, quick and efficient. Great business and reasonably priced.

These guys are terrific. I have been using them for thirty years, and always completely satisfied! Recently they installed a new furnace and made sure it was adjusted to my needs. Great service & a Great price!!!

We started to smell a burning smell coming through our vents. We called Ibbotson and Greg who was on call that Saturday was at our house in less than an hour. He diagnosed the problem as blower fan being the problem. He was very thourough and polite. He called a couple of managers(owner?) and we had a speaker call where I agreed to replace the furnace (over 18 years old). Anthony and Irving were at our house 8:30 Monday. They replaced the furnace and also put in a new a/c. Both were polite, friendly and professional. Our thanks to everybody at Ibbottson Heating!
