During a time when no other company had time to provide an estimate (after tornado), Gregg sent Jim out right after my urgent call. We had been without hot water for 2 days. Jim did an incredible job, teaching and explaining with photos before and after his expert work. He had to work around old pipes to replace a gas water heater with electric. Atomatic will be my go-to in future for HVAC and plumbing. Many smaller companies no longer accept credit cards, but Atomatic did so without question.
First time using Atomatic and they were great. Super easy to schedule with flexible times to accommodate us.
Their tech arrived and was really professional. Came in the house with booties on to evaluate the situation. Gave a detailed overview our set up and got the issue we were having fixed right away.

I can’t say enough great things about the Atomatic team! I recently had Jeff, part of their plumbing division out to the house. He installed a brand new water heater, and some other maintenance work on outside hose bibs. Jeff performed quality work, and is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, seriously. Even helped me lay down some additional insulation in our electrical room. 5 stars from me. Highly recommend for any HVAC & Plumbing needs!
