Worked with Patty at Algonquin Pro Desk yesterday attempting to locate flooring nationally. She was wonderful and helped me find this inventory after another Floor and Decor store told me it was unavailable. What a great employee you have there. Don’t lose her!!

Just left the Algonquin location and ordered 27 boxes. Employee Lukasz noticed me about to load the boxes into a cart and walked over and loaded every box. What was more impressive was his willingness and positive attitude while doing it. He also went above and beyond by loading every box into my vehicle. I have another project coming up and because of Lukasz I will be going back to Floor & Decor.

If only all the home improvement stores were as good. Well stocked, lots of selection, staff walking the aisles asking if you need a hand with anything. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Thankful for my guy Lukas who was there to help my contractor solve an issue and help me find a tile that we had purchased over 4 years ago and lost the name. Highly recommend.
