I stumbled upon this when searching for the best quality and most affordable massages in the Lake in the Hills, Dundee, and surrounding areas. Initially, I had chronic pain in my shoulder and right arm with some Tennis Elbow or Bursitis. Having done some active and passive recovery and rehab exercises coupled with time off to rest wasn't enough. After doing an initial appointment followed by the 3-session package with Lorrie the chronic pain I was having immediately went away and I had a full recovery. Granted I had to follow up on the massage appointment with adequate rest (sleep) and drinking plenty of water for the trigger point and deep tissue effects in my muscles to have the full effect.

So from that, I was completely blown away by the Sports Recovery Massages I received to continue training at the gym in my prime. Aside from the quality service and the affordability compared to everyone else in the area, Lorrie as a person is a wonderful human being and she is charming to be around. While initially consulting with you as a client, she is very personable and one of the most down-to-earth people you will ever meet which goes hand-in-hand with the 'hands-on' recovery aspect of her profession fixing you and relieving you of your pain.

Nature or nurture, it's in her nature to nurture you to complete health and full athletic recovery. Bonus points for her sense of humor and occasional silliness to make you laugh and feel welcomed. It's a positive environment and a safe space. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by coming here. All in all, I give Algonquin Sports Massage and Lorrie Janeczko a solid 10/10 and recommend you book a massage now!
