I had a $75 gift card, so I decided to treat myself to a 90-minute calming facial. This was my first time at Massage Envy, so I also received the introductory rate of $113.
The facial itself was very nice and relaxing. The products she used felt great on my skin and smelled really good. However, the service was less than 70 minutes total, which was disappointing since I booked a 90-minute facial.
I understand that with a calming facial there may not be as many steps or treatments to fill the full time, but if that’s the case, maybe a 90-minute option shouldn’t be offered. If I had paid full price, I would have been pretty disappointed.
The location was extremely easy to get to and plenty of parking. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Sophia the massage therapist was AMAZING! She worked magic with me. Without me going into much detail, she worked exactly where I needed. Truly the best massage I have ever had.

I have been coming to this facility for ten years. The reception staff members are kind, friendly and helpful, especially Megan. Our massage therapist Sarah is extraordinarily skilled, the best I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this location.
