We went from cedar shake to asphalt and Jorge not only answered all my questions regarding the details of the job, but even checked both attic spaces before and after the roof install to ensure everything would be ventilated properly in the attic. He responds quickly to any questions, helped us prolong our gutter life until we can tackle that project later, and sent pictures to show every angle of the work done. Pretty cool to see my new roof from a drone angle above! He was onsite for a portion of both days to make sure everything was on track. He was super helpful in guiding us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance, ensuring everything from start to finish went smoothly. Everything wrapped up faster than expected, resulting in a new roof, gutters, and skylights.The team that Lukas brought in was fantastic. They were respectful, kept to their schedule, did top-notch work, and thoroughly cleaned up when it was all done. “After a hail storm hit our area last summer, the roofing companies started showing up at our doorstep. Their sales pitches were sketchy and they were too anxious for us to sign a contract and post their signs in our yard before even previewing the possible damages. Feeling uneasy with moving forward on these roofing solicitors , I contacted my State Farm Agent Eric Bielinski with whom we have had a wonderful business relationship with for nearly 40 years. They recommend RZG Roofing. Rick promptly came out and assessed the damage. He was thorough, professional, and courteous. He meticulously explained the process of filing a claim and how RZG would work hand in hand with my insurance company to eliminate any stress or confusion on my part. He met with the adjuster twice, once virtually and once in person so that all the details of the damage could be properly noted and included into the claim. I appreciated his dedication to investigate all needed repairs and identify them to the adjuster. Rick was always available by phone or text whenever there was a question or issue. “Jim and his crew saved our home. after our roof was damaged by a severe storm and started leaking into the house causing interior damage, I spent over 6 months dealing with the insurance company I had been with for almost 30 years just to get screwed. Then the next call I made was to Jim, within a couple days he not only inspected the roof, gave a quote which was unbelievable, had his crew making preps. Within a matter of a couple weeks not only did his crew show up but Jim was right there on the roof as well. 2 days later I had a complete new roof (better then I ever expected for the price), they not only tore off the old roof, replaced all damaged decking and areas that were questionable so not to have any possible future issues, installed new drains, (I have a flat roof) pitched the roof so rain actually ran toward the drains unlike the previous company installed where the rain ran away from the drains and pooled. they totally cleaned up when they were finished, you couldn't even tell I just had a new roof installed, passed city inspection with excellence. THEN, Jim went above and beyond, he knew the amount of interior damage that was caused while playing games with the insurance company for over 6 months. he set me up with people who totally repaired/rebuilt several rooms and restored my/our home. Currently our garage roof is in need of replacement, the first and ONLY call was to Jim, within the next couple weeks we will have a new garage roof. As for this customer - you can waste your time calling around getting estimates or make 1 call to Jim @ Singles Roofing and be done.“
