Beware 'Add-Ons'! It's not added on TIME. They're inserted into your time slot & detract from full massage while adding LOTS of COST. Sneaky bait-and-switch and should be renamed!

Bad experience all around, front desk didn’t say a simple “hello” when we walked in, had to wait 8 min without explanation… therapist didn’t introduce herself, just said “follow me” , massage itself was lazy, abrupt and didn’t have any flow at all, barely massaged focus areas that I asked. I was in massage business myself for some time and I always expect good service but this place is just bad from first step.

I booked a facial and added extra treatment,My appointment was booked from 10:00 - 11:15 , I had my facial paid and when I went in my car it was 10:45 I’m not sure how or why I was shorted 30 minutes. I should have went back to complain but instead I left and decided I would never go back
