I have been taking lessons with Julia for a few months as of this post and I am so grateful I found her. She truly is a master of her craft and is an amazing Pilates instructor. In this short amount of time I have already noticed myself becoming stronger and my posture is correcting. Julia is very knowledgeable about all things Pilates and she teaches in a very traditional manner. I would highly recommend her for anyone considering Pilates. Her rates are very competitive and in line with what private lessons should be for the Eagle/Boise area. She is also such a kind and caring woman and that makes the lessons that much more special. Highly recommend Julia!
