Based on the reviews, Ritchie Plumbing LLC provides excellent service. The team is professional and does excellent work, including replacing water heaters. They are very conscientious and make sure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction. The service is fast and friendly, with scheduling available within 24 hours. They are able to diagnose problems over the phone and fix them in less than an hour. The plumbers are a pleasure to work with and really know their stuff. They arrive on time and are friendly, professional, and informative. The work area is cleaned when finished. Customers are very impressed and will never work with another plumber again. The service is fantastic and highly recommended.

Lance showed up as promised, and was very pleasant. He was enthusiastic about his work in my bathroom, and his suggestions were very helpful. I was impressed with his attention to detail -- perfection! He also helped me find someone to do the needed tile work. I totally recommend him for plumbing.
