We purchased a home from James Clyde in October of 2023 at Cartwright Ranch and, as with all new homes, we had several issues during the first year and beyond. The issues were typical, for the most part, but what wasn’t typical was and is the service and response we get from Matt. Matt is always very timely, friendly, and professional. He takes care of us and always provides a solution. We couldn’t say enough good things about Matt. He not just our builders representative, he is a friend!
I can not speak more highly of this team. Jessica, Shane, and Christina helped me with my house to find out what my colors and surfaces are when the original owner didn't leave that information. They are the kindest, most helpful group of people and made my updated process so much easier. Highly recommend James Clyde Homes! I also love the design, the custom features and the layout of this home.

We moved into our James Clyde home in the fall of 2024. Prior to making this decision we looked at a lot of builders and their houses throughout the Ada County area.
We kept coming back to the James Clyde homes in Cartwright Ranch for a number of reasons. The realtor holding open houses for Clyde was absolutely first rate. Heather answered all of our questions and allowed us to view and re-view these homes on many occasions and at different times of the day to get a feel for the neighborhood at sunset and sunrise (yes, we came out early to see how the sun would hit the house; this really paid off).
