I've been going to Eagle River Smiles for almost 5 years now, but it's always been for cleanings. Well, I finally gave Dr. Baird something to do and that was to replace a crown. This was the first time I've ever had crown work where everything is done ON THE SAME DAY!! What!!!? Yes, on the same day he prepped the tooth, then they made the porcelain crown right there in the office in under an hour. The entire experience was relatively fast, comfortable, convenient and - equally as important - affordable. I needed a new crown and the doctor did a great job. I wasn’t covered by insurance but the cost was very reasonable. The new crown felt completely natural - there was zero “getting used to it.” In my 75 years I’ve seen a lot of dental offices but this is the best so far.
I literally can not thank Dr. Baird and his staff for their graciousness, kindness and generosity. I had some serious dental issues that they helped me with. Dr. Baird is kind, trust worthy, and has a heart of gold. I will forever be grateful!!!?
