“Joanne has been an absolute blessing in my life. Shrinking fat cells and building muscle and finally understanding why/how after a lifetime of frustration and disappointment. Joanne will meet you where you are in your journey. She inspiring, intelligent and not judgmental at all. I love her! I have done 3 programs so far and hope to do more soon.”
“I needed to make sure my old bones stay strong so I’m very happy to be doing strength training here. The training is quick yet effective. In fact, it takes longer for me to drive there than the workout itself takes!”
“The gym is always very clean, staff is friendly, and the equipment is in great shape. Nothing bad to say about this gym.”
