Mike, who handled our 2‑month warranty inspection, was friendly, professional, and very thorough. We thought we might be on the picky side with our list, but every item we submitted was fairly assessed and approved.

What really stood out was what happened next: without any extra effort on our part, the vendors started reaching out to schedule repairs. The trades Boise Hunter Homes used on our home were outstanding – they were on time, courteous, and efficient, and the repairs were done correctly the first time.
