I went in on a Saturday expecting a long que. They got me in right away. I don't often get these services due to lack of time and these salons tend to be loud with many distractions, but I needed to treat myself. There was no bickering or gossiping in Vietnamese between the workers ( yes, they are Vietnamese, I do understand enough). It was quiet and relaxing. They were accommodating , gentle and not at all pushy (thank goodness). During my observation, I noticed no-brownnosing, eyerolls, or any negative behaviors. This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. All the staff were extremely nice. I‘ve had bad experiences with nail salons in the past so I hate getting my nails done. I had my nails done by Ivy, a very sweet Asian lady. She did an AMAZING job and we had good conversations.Quick side story. Ivy works with her sister and someone by the name of Mary came in. Ivy called out “Hi how can I help you” Mary kind of looked offended and said “It’s Mary!!” Assuming Ivy knew who she was. I went to get pedicures with my mom and my sister and we absolutely LOVED them! The staff was super friendly and made sure we were pleased! Would definitely recommend and would come again!
